How does the people limit work?
If you are on Team, at ten people, and you want to invite an eleventh, Shaire points you at Growth. There is no proration and no per-user line: the bill steps once, when you cross a plan, and not again until the next one.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Two people can use Shaire for nothing, indefinitely, with the whole feature set. There is no card and no expiry.
Do external guests count towards the limit?
Yes. Anyone with access to the workspace occupies a seat, whether they can view, comment or edit. That is what keeps the pricing simple and predictable.
