Project management for teams of 5 to 25

Plan the work and write it down in one place

Tasks, kanban boards, sprints and timelines live next to your docs. A spec can hold the work it describes, and every task can point back to the page that explains it.

Free for two people. €20 a month for ten. No card required.

The Shaire list view: a sidebar holding the Northwind workspace with its projects and knowledge pages, and a task list for Q3 Delivery grouped by status, showing each task's key, title, tags, milestone, due date and priority.

Docs and tasks that know about each other

Anyone can put a task list and a text editor in one app. What matters is whether they know about each other.

01

A page can hold live work

Drop a task list into a document and it stays filtered and current. The spec and the state of the spec stop being two different things.

02

A checklist item can become a task

Promote any line while you are still thinking. The task keeps a link back to the document it came from, and the document shows its status.

03

A milestone carries its own brief

Milestones span lists, roll up the work underneath them, and hold the writing that explains the goal. There is no other page to go and find.

Everything your team uses every day

The tools a team of 5 to 25 reaches for, in one workspace and on every plan.

Tasks with real structure

Sub-tasks, estimates, priorities, tags and several assignees. Typed relations — blocks, blocked by, duplicates, documents — so the graph is real. Add a typed column of your own from the grid.

List, board, calendar and timeline

List, board, calendar and timeline are the same filter seen four ways. Group by status, assignee, priority, milestone or cycle. Save the result as a view and share it with the workspace.

Learn more

Milestones across lists

A time-bound goal that spans your whole workspace, with a roll-up and an at-risk breakdown of what is overdue or unowned.

Learn more

Sprints that roll over on their own

A fixed span with a capacity in points. When it ends, unfinished work moves into the next one unless you turn that off.

Learn more

A block editor for your docs

Headings, checklists, callouts, toggles, columns, tables, code, LaTeX and Mermaid diagrams. Two people can type in the same page at once, and every page keeps a history you can diff and restore.

Learn more

Docs and tasks linked both ways

Link a page to a task, mention either from anywhere, and see the backlinks on both sides. Nothing is a one-way URL.

Search and a command palette

Full-text search across tasks, pages and milestones, and a command palette that jumps to any of them or runs the command outright.

Permissions by folder and list

Share a folder or a single list at view, comment, edit or full control. Private folders stop the cascade. Share with a team once and later joiners inherit it.

GitHub and GitLab built in

Link branches and pull requests to a task by its key on GitHub or GitLab, and move the task when its work moves.

Plus attachments, comments and reactions, watchers, an inbox, recurring tasks, templates, bulk edit, a timer you can total by the week, workload and burndown reports, intake forms, signed webhooks, an audit log, a 30-day trash, and English or French per account.

Lighter on purpose

Per-seat pricing puts a price on an invitation. We charge for the workspace instead.

One tool, not two

A tracker and a wiki means two subscriptions, two sources of truth, and a link between them that goes stale the day the work moves.

Nothing to roll out

Six statuses exist the moment a workspace does. There is no configuration phase, no schema to design, and no administrator to appoint.

Every feature on every plan

Nothing is held back for a higher tier. The only thing a plan decides is how many people are in the workspace.

Priced per workspace

Ten people on the Team plan is €20 a month excl. VAT in total, not €20 each. Adding someone does not change the bill.

One price for the whole team

Four plans, priced by how many people are in the workspace. Every feature is in all of them.

Common questions

What is Shaire?

Shaire is a project tracker and a documentation tool in one product, for teams of five to twenty-five. Tasks, boards, milestones and cycles sit beside a block editor and a page tree, sharing one search box and one permission model. A page can hold a live task list, and a checklist line can become a task that links back to it.

How much does Shaire cost for a team of ten?

€20 a month excluding VAT, for the whole workspace rather than per person — ten people and three people cost the same. Two people are free forever with no card, and up to twenty-five is €59. Every feature is on every plan, including the free one: the plan decides how many people are in the workspace and how much room it has, and nothing else.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. Two people can use Shaire indefinitely, with the whole feature set, no card and no expiry. What the plan limits is the number of people in the workspace and the storage, never which features are switched on.

What does Shaire not do?

There is no importer from another tool, no data export, no per-event email, no public page sharing, no mobile app, no SSO, no Slack integration and no AI. If one of those is a requirement, Shaire is the wrong tool, and the comparison pages say which one is the right one.

Try Shaire free with two people

Which is long enough to find out whether one tool beats two. And if it does not: an owner closes the workspace, the subscription stops that day, and thirty days later the data is gone. Leaving is a button, not a support request.
